Insulators Local 2 is the proud sponsor of the Beaver County Reads Bookmark Contest. Our members voted unanimously to get behind this community program that’s inspiring fun and creativity in the youth of our region. Beaver County Library is headquartered in our building, so it only makes sense for us to join in their efforts to bring this contest to the community we call home. Winners will have their designs featured on professionally printed bookmarks distributed across all 12 Beaver County Library Locations. If you have a student artist who lives in Beaver County, here’s what you need to know about how to participate:
When is the Contest: Contest began on April 7th and runs through August 2nd
Who is Eligible to Participate: All K-12 students (including homeschoolers and private school students) who live in Beaver County.
How Many Students Can Win? Four grand prize winners will be chosen. One from each of the contest categories (Kindergarten – Grade 2, Grades 3 – 5, Grades 6 – 8, and Grades 9 – 12).
How to Submit? Pick up a contest form at your local library or print it here. Return to a library location or mail to Beaver County Library Systems, 109 Pleasant Dr., Aliquippa, PA. 15001 by August 2, 2025.
